Crashes consistently on samsung galaxy s7

No matter what I try it refuses to go beyond the logo screen

Crashes every time I try to load the game

And the app will not start it crashes just after the splash screen

Trying to get refund but it wont allow me at this time

Crashes at start Sony Xperia Z5 Compact

It will no longer work on any of my marshmallow devices now

Tried contacting them numerous times with no reply

However it crashes on the galaxy alpha
