Had to make phrase and copy a pattern that isn't even displayed

Only got few bits to transfer but keep getting msg insufficient funds

Screen freeze where returning to app

It insists on using a Google keyboard

Please advice how to get this unverified issue

Whenever i press the unlock button the wallet will crash

At this point app is useless

Coupled with their horrible and slow customer service

Hangs on initial screen asking New Wallet or Recover Wallet
