I love this app and the customer service associated with it

But in NYC theres always a line

Customer service refuses to fix this problem

The user experience is clunky

Froze when transferring a gift card and funds disappeared

Hangs on the blurry splash screen

This is the worst online food ordering app I've ever used

Service at The Villages Chickfila was horrible

Ordering system is complicated and unintuitive

So I went in to modify my order and it wouldn't let me add anything

Contacted customer service and they were no help

There's no reason NOT to use this app
