The Android app in particular is rather disappointing

Useless that I can use desktop version but not allowed to use the app

If It can't attend an online Team meeting on the mobile app

Was not able to get it to work with Android Nougat

Typical Microsoft software crap

Uses far too much battery as a background app

Team management is not supported in the app either
