This app worked great coming back into country via ship port of entry

It was worth buying WiFi on the ship just to download the app

Kept receiving an error code when trying to submit a trip

But when an app totally fails to do what it is supposed to do

I was redirected to another line which consumed extra time

I got an error message after answering the security questions

Tried 10 times while approaching JFK customs and it didnt work

FLL airport could not select Delta

Then I got a different error message

The help area was pathetic

Unable to submit data at PEV

Ending with the same error message with no recourse

This app effectively replaces the traditional blue-and-white paper declaration form required of all travelers entering the U.S. by air or sea. 1.
