I don't understand why this capability is missing on the Android app

I received a letter from my Dr The phone app doesn't display letters

It won't do anything when you try to click on options

I've written an email and sent error reports with no responses

Keeps saying Terms and Conditions won't update at this time

It won't reset and still says login error

It just says login error

Used to use it all the time but now it no longer works

I can't send a message through because of the warning message
