It crashes my internet evrytime i try to transfer music

And doesn't give me an error message

And the best part is refund option does not work

Even after following the troubleshooting instructions

There is no internal way to close the app

Cannot get it to connect to my phone

My rating stays at 1 star until I get the refund option again

Waste of time and money without the conversion ability

My play list was scrambled and a few songs were not synched

It does mess up the the playlist order
