Wavvy Substratum Theme

This theme has been tested on DU(Dirty Unicorns) ROM. It will work on other ROMS, but there could be missing images in settings and qs areas. Please apply base(default) theme first, then choose a new color accent of your choosing. This ensures all text throughout your device are properly themed. A reboot after applying all theme components is strongly suggested as well.
