What's the point of having a mobile banking app if it's unusable

Now when i try to pay a bill it wont let me put in the amount to pay

I put my info in and it will just keep spinning the loading wheel

Only halfway useful and you have to do half of their job for them

Now the deposit camera will not focus

It just keeps saying loading

I have submitted error logs repeatedly

Mobil deposit isn't worth a flip

Unable to deposit my checks
