Lately when opening up the app on s3 it freezes pls fix

No new account option

Does not work right on new Galaxy 5S

There is no option to see them again

The update won't enable more than one account into the app system

Can not add a second account

Since switching phones it won't allow me to add more than one account

I have requested technical support with no response
