Also they are not replaying any support requests

It says my account balance is insufficient but its not

The security code is not working at all

Because that defeats the very purpose and meaning of a diary

It used to work now there was an update and it doesn't work anymore

Worst thing is I haven't heard from support for over a week

Writing prompts would bring Penzo people over here
