We've been there, so we set out to create an app that would make keeping a journal so easy and engaging, that you would anticipate instead of dread filling it. THE HOW Growth Journal asks you three things: What are you grateful today? What did you learn today? What is your goal for tomorrow? These questions are based on ideas from individuals such as Benjamin Franklin, Robin Sharma, Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins - and are designed to help you make the most of journalling. Draw insights from your daily journaling habit through an interactive gratitude cloud, listing of your last ten lessons, and percetage of crushed days.
