App randomly stops syncing data from tracker

Seems to have stopped syncing even after the update

I turn my gps on and it still wont sync

Link on their help site about this issue leads to a 404 error page

Disoppointed no useful info is synced

The app will not open on my Android phone

Unable to pair wristband to phone as app kept shutting down

No response from jawbone customer services

Now it will not pair with my Samsung Note 5

Jawbone has stopped answering their customer support phone
