It's optional so you don't have to set this part up but I love it

App is easier to navigate and I love the quick balance option

Help techs are patient professional and helpful

Happy to see the app get a modern look

Quick balance was great

I can check my balances and make easy transfers

Nice work thinning out the vision impaired

Did everything I needed it to but the newest version is great

What happened to the email confirmation on bill pay

This Santander App FORCES you to enable location permissions

Their support department never responded to phone calls

Now can't access anything unless I use the Web browser

And there is currently no way within the app to resize the text

I would be ashamed to publish this bug ridden piece of utter crap

The app has been useless on my phone the past few months

My security picture never loads

Can't log in can't get help from banking support

The app now crashes every time I attempt to use mobile deposit
